Phone & Remote Support is available for issues that can be fixed remotely (active internet Connection required) only available by appointment with Cash or Direct Deposit Payment in advance
**Services that are supplied at a fixed rate have a service time limit of 2 hours before additonal charges are charged at $80 per hour

all appointments require upfront payment as we do not run accounts we have Direct Deposit , Payment is required 48hours before your appointment to ensure there are no delays, for per hour services an invoice is provided and required EFT payment within 7 days or Cash on the day
We Quote all our Services and Jobs in advance based on your information and an educated time frame to complete them, due to the difference between some computers though some issues do take longer to fix on some computers than others
